Biography

Mike Campbell is a graduate of Resistance University and the Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research. Since 1996, Mike has been training clients of all ages and fitness levels. He has worked with teen-athletes to people with cerebral palsy. Mike is a passionate student of exercise, and only uses the safest, most effective and most scientific methods avaiilable. He never gives up on his clients, no matter what their obstacles.
