A committment and dedication to achieving and solving fitness goals/problems using scientific methods that work within your individual structure , needs, and limitations. Whatever exercise methods are used, they are designed for you and no one else.
I come to you in the convenience of your home or office - you don’t have to rush to be anywhere, that’s my job! My hours are Monday through Thursday 6am-8:30pm, Friday 6am-5pm and Saturday 6am-1pm. My pursuit of knowledge in the exercise sciences, basic nutrition and motivation gives you the power to achieve your fitness goals.
